Find somewhere quiet
Headphones in. Ten minutes where you won't be interrupted. Lying down if you can — it helps your nervous system settle and makes the practice land deeper.

Choose the right practice
Start with whichever one feels most relevant to where you are right now. Lost and disconnected? Practice 1. Scared to move forward? Practice 2. Need to come back to yourself? Practice 3.

Come back to them
These aren't one-and-done. Save them to your phone and return whenever you need them. The more you use them, the more effective they become. They're yours to keep.

Disconnected From Yourself

For when you've lost the thread of who you are. When everything feels like too much and you can't find your way back to yourself. This practice grounds you — back to your body, your breath, your centre — before you try to figure anything else out.

When a Part of You Is
Scared to Move Forward

For when you know what you need to do but something inside keeps pulling back. This is a parts work practice — you'll meet the scared part, understand what it needs, and offer it something it's never had. Don't rush this one.
