Self-Compassion changed my entire life.

This program is incredibly close to my heart because of the impact this ONE learned skill has had on my life.

Self-Compassion has impacted every single area of my life in the most incredible way, from my relationships, to my business, to health, to money, every single part of my life has changed for the better because I took the time to learn the skill of Self-Compassion.

And want to know the killer? It’s simple. It’s just ONE skill.

It’s the single greatest thing I’ve learnt on my 5 year journey of Self-Development and it’s the first and most ground-breaking thing I think I will ever teach the women I work with.

And why is it so important, so ground-breaking, so life-changing? Because Self-Compassion changes the way you speak to and treat yourself. And this is where I believe a self-development journey should begin, with you and the relationship you have with yourself.

Specifically I’m talking about the voices inside your own head, the ones that have the ability to pump you UP or tear you DOWN and make you feel 10x worse about yourself.

YOU are the one that has to live with the voices inside your head. YOU are the one you are going to spend the most time with, that’s why this is the most important relationship in your life.

Let’s get personal

Like many young women, I grew up in a world filled with diet culture, body-shame, insecurities around feeling different and like I didn’t belong. This shaped the voices inside my head to overthink constantly, criticise myself often, and shame myself regularly.

This then directly impacted my behaviour and how much I believed in myself, meaning I played small, I experienced constant doubt and anxiety, I stressed over the smallest of things, I lived the exhausting life of a people pleaser constantly trying to live the life I thought that others expected and wanted me to live. 

This looked like making choices for my life that felt entirely wrong to me.

I felt the most confused, the most lost and most mentally unwell I’ve ever been. Riddled with an eating disorder, obsessed with shrinking my body to the smallest it could be, and allowing sex to be confused with love and validation.

I was my own worst critic and I just couldn’t understand why my life wasn’t turning out the way I felt it should.

Fast forward 5 years, 5 years of searching, discovering, learning and growing. I wouldn’t change the last 5 years for anything, but what I spent 5 years mastering was one specific skill that has led me to be able to not just have nice thoughts about myself, but to actually BELIEVE in myself, to be resilient, to love, to do hard things, to be vulnerable and open and messy and live a life I am proud and excited to be living. 

And that skill is self-compassion. And you don’t need to spend 5 years mastering it like I did. 

I’ve put EVERYTHING into this program to help other women who are struggling with confidence, anxiety, fear and self-doubt to propel them forward and master this skill, and the results that are possible in just 4 weeks are out of this world.

As this is a 1:1 program, I only take on a limited number of clients at a time to ensure they have my full attention in the healing process.
