How this works…

Step 1: Grab a notebook, pen, and get yourself somewhere comfy. Watch the pre-recorded inner child workshop below, its about 90 minutes.

Step 2: Complete the 7 day Inner Child Healing challenge over the next 7 days, this is a 5-10 minute daily commitment for the next 7 days to heal your inner child. Scroll past the workshop to access day 1.

The Workshop

Day One

Day one is about introducing your inner child to your inner parent, complete the guided audio practice (think meditation vibes) here ➡️

Day Two

Day two is an incredibly important day, practicing forgiving yourself for all you’ve been holding onto.

Day Three

Day three gives me CHILLS everytime. If you’ve struggled with not feeling good enough or worrying about letting pr➡️

Day Four

Day four is an incredible practice around reprogramming a memory, essentially going back in time, meeting the part of you that has unmet needs inside of this memory and changing this experience within your subconscious to form new neural pathways and upgrade your belief systems.

Day Five

Day five is about exploring and learning HOW to meet your own emotional needs, instead of relying on others (co-dependency) or THINGS like food, sex, netflix, alcohol etc.

Day Six

Day six is an internal validation practice. A key skill for your adult self!

Day Seven

Day seven is the most important practice yet — its called parent healing. Back to where it all began. Congratulations on making it to day 7, I can’t wait for you to dive in.
